– Have an understanding of beer and wine, the ability to create and mix cocktails in your own style is a plus
– Promptly and professionally prepares beverage with speed and accuracy
– Continuously monitor bar to ensure that all guest are receiving beverage service in a timely manner
– Communicates with Head of Bar any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
– Ensures bar top is clean, clear of glassware and debris
– Maintains a clean, sanitized and orderly work environment in accordance with healthy and safety standards
– Operates all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures
– Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.
– Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
– Maintains daily and monthly inventory.
– Prepares daily requisition and stock are properly replenish accordingly.
– Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
– Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

– Minimum of 01 years experience related to bartender
– High communication skill to get our customer
– Basic communication English
– Problem solving skills, results oriented
– Collaborative and flexible team player, able to adapt to changes
– Has passion for Beer
