Hub Hoi An is a special, rice field-view coworking space that serves entrepreneurs, freelancers and digital nomads from many countries. We prioritize community, friendship and healthy living for our customers and staff.
- Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Respond to all guest questions and requests including answering phones
- Manage guest bookings and reservations
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Engage in and support community events at Hub Hoi An
- Handle clients’ billing and invoicing
- Other tasks as assigned
YÊU CẦU
- High school Diploma or higher education
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as Receptionist or Guest services role
- Fluency in English
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays (if needed)
