- Process the purchase order for materials / equipment locally or with oversea suppliers
- Follow up the order processing until delivery
- Prepare equipments, materials, tools for engineers and technicians work on project
- Co-ordinate with Project team and Accounting team to update expenses of project
- Make project plan implementation/worker list/quotation for accessories
- Follow attandance and punctuality of workers at site.

- Have a Bachelor in Business Administration, economics, etc
- Excellence in English using (speaking & writing)
- Can receive & process data quickly
- Dynamic & presentable personality
- Can work under pressure, overtime, team work, high responsibility
- Careful, hardworking, initiative person
- Have experience in administration
- Have good office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
