ROM CASA HOSTEL ĐÀ NẴNG TUYỂN DỤNG: HOSTEL MANAGER
Position Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
• Oversee operations of the hostel and bar to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure that all facilities and amenities are maintained to a high standard.
2. Staff Management
• Recruit, train, and supervise hostel and bar staff, including bartenders, front desk personnel, and event coordinators.
• Create staff schedules and manage shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
3. Event Coordination
• Plan, promote, and execute nightly events for guests, such as live music, trivia nights, and themed parties.
• Coordinate with entertainers, vendors, and staff to ensure events run smoothly.
4. Customer Relations
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and engagement.
5. Inventory Management
• Monitor and control bar inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Implement measures to minimize waste and prevent theft.
6. Financial Oversight
• Manage budgets and track expenses related to hostel operations, the bar, and events.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
• Ensure financial targets are met and identify areas for cost savings.
7. Facility Maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the premises.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
8. Marketing and Promotion
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests to the hostel and bar.
• Promote nightly events through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and partnerships.
• Create and distribute promotional materials.
9. Quality Control
• Maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
• Regularly review guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable and efficient.
10. Guest Experience Enhancement
• Develop and implement programs and activities to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure a diverse range of events to cater to different guest interests and preferences.
• Foster a community atmosphere among guests.
11. Reporting
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and event outcomes for senior management.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess hostel and bar performance.
12. Problem-Solving
• Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise, whether related to operations, guest services, or events.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring problems.
13. Collaboration
• Build relationships with local businesses and vendors to enhance services and offerings.
14. Community Engagement
• Engage with the local community to promote the hostel and its events. I.E locals happy hour during slow times
• Develop partnerships with local organizations and businesses for event collaboration and guest experiences.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, the manager will ensure the successful operation of the hostel, the bar, and the nightly events, creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests.
Requirement: Applicant must have experience in hospitality management
