Assist Factory Production Manager in:
Overseeing production activities in the spray painting workshop
Uphold standards of quality, identifying any issues and proposing improvements
Scheduling daily production objectives according to demand
Report production output in ERP
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operation of the factory.

YÊU CẦU
Interview will be conducted in English or Chinese
Skill Requirements:
Able to manage a department of 200 workers.
Knowledge of spray painting operation on plastic and metal parts.
Good communication skills.
Education:
College or university graduates
MUST be fluent in English OR Chinese (if Chinese, must also be able to read English documents and emails)
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
