Job title: MIS Data Analyst
Working mode: Onsite in Hanoi, Danang, Vietnam or Surabaya, Bali, Indonesia or Bangkok, Thailand.
Job Description:
Gear Inc is seeking an MIS Data Analyst for our Moderation team. Ideal candidates are able to adapt and are well-known for fast-moving and last-minute changes. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Design and implement accurate MIS management and reporting processes;
– Interact and work closely with management, internal stakeholders, and clients to deliver information needs for analysis and decision making;
– Track, manage, and maintain a holistic view of all reporting requirements and cadence to ensure reports are accurate and received in a timely manner;
– Create reports and dashboards that track the overall performance of the center, which can then be drilled down to business, teams, process, and individual levels on a real-time basis and at various frequencies;
– Track and monitor the center’s performance KPIs and ensure timely updates;
– Generate Line of business-level reports on quality, productivity, and utilization;
– Develop, document, and implement standardized MIS procedures across the entire center;
– Deliver ad-hoc reporting needs;
– Track, measure, and ensure zero noncompliance on process audits for data security compliance;
– Enhance and maintain reporting tools and systems for efficient MIS generation and reporting needs;
– Mentor, coach, and guide overheads on MIS activities, tools, and analytical approaches to data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving;
– Manage attendance and headcount reporting for billable and non-billable resources;
– Track center KPI scores and identify gaps and opportunities to promote collaboration and engagement among teams;
– Regularly provide the OPS management team with analytical notes containing insights and findings;
– Gather status updates and keep track of plan/target accomplishments;
– Conduct weekly portfolio health checks and analyze performance trajectory;
Job Requirements:
– University degree, ideally in a relevant degree such as data analytics or a similar field;
– Minimum 1 year of work experience in reporting or data analytics;
– Proficient in English communication;
– Advanced MS Office or Google Suite knowledge is a must (Macro/Script, Data Visualization, Query, Pivot);
– Experience in developing data visualization or analysis applications (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo) is highly desirable;
– Programming experience is a plus;
– Experience working in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company is a plus;
– Experience in stakeholder interaction;
