[Job Description]
- Initiate and help to implement new ideas to develop projects in multiple areas enhancing operational efficiency
- Overall operations and management of live services
- Customer: Customer management, collect customer requirements, report to PM, APP operation, review management, image management
- Client: client management, client 1:1 chat
- Improve the user experience by listening to customer feedback, analyzing usage data, and making necessary changes.
- Support team sales and PM
- Management of contracts and contract conditions
- Monitor customer issues, inquiries, and feedback
- Respond promptly and provide fast initial resolution for customer needs and requests
- Escalate customer issues to correct teams and provide a final resolution for customer inquiries and requests
- Serve as a bridge connecting customers and company teams
- Advise and contribute to the improvement of support services
YÊU CẦU
[Requirements]
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders are imperative
- Understanding of systems/programs/software applied in the CMS
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business requirements; ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Provide tracking of all on-going activities to ensure flawless in operation, evaluation for learning and improvement.
- Customer experience (call center, help center, service position, etc.)
- App or IT Service Headquarters Operations Experience
- Experience monitoring services live every day
- Good teamwork skills
- Good customer support communication skills
- Experienced IT service person in Korea
- Anyone who has experience making services outside of Vietnam
- A person who can speak Korean
