Oversee production activities in injection molding workshop, including all daily operations and production planning for workshops with over 300 moulding machines.
Uphold standards of quality, identifying any issues and proposing improvements
Organise workflow and schedule daily/weekly/monthly production objectives according to demand
Submit reports on production output
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operation of the factory.

YÊU CẦU
Skill Requirements:
Able to manage a department of 50-100 workers.
Knowledge of injection, blowing and die-cast molding processing.
Able to operate injection, blowing and die-cast molding machines.
Good communication skills.
Education :
College or university graduates
MUST be fluent in English OR Chinese (if Chinese, must also be able to read English documents and emails)
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
