Job description
U.S. based company looking for a technical & customer service agent. You will be managing client relationships by responding to account inquiries and troubleshooting equipment errors. You will be required to answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, resolve technical issues, download equipment, fulfill customers’ service requests, and keep detailed notes.

– Organized
– Time Management
– Strong prioritization skills
– Positive and friendly verbal communication over the phone
– Good problem-solving ability
Requirement:
– English skills: Intermediate level
– General knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
– 5 day work week
– Work nights and some weekends (hours may vary 10pm-8am)
