Full-time Customer Support Specialist

– Work at the Danang Office: 67 Doãn Khuê, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City
– Work Time: From Monday to Friday and available at home or weekend in the needed situation
Job Description:
– Manage & take care of a large number of incoming emails in English everyday
– Collect paperwork from customers and assess customers’ needs to achieve their satisfaction
– Provide accurate and valid information about products by using the right tools
– Handle customers’ complaints, orders, or required details about products purchased from our price list
– Prepare quotes/ invoices for client’s purchases
– Other tasks assigned by Lead
– Report daily to leader
Requirements:
– Fluent in English skills (especially Reading and Writing)
– At least 6 months in related experience
– Good at Email writing skill and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Google Sheet)
– Have good knowledge and skills in customer service
– Have experience in Data Analyst (including financial charts and Data Collecting)
– Work well under pressure and multi-task
– Have patience and high responsibility
