- Working with import-export parties, including shippers (factories), consignees, forwarder companies, freight carriers, suppliers, clients… from overseas using English, ensuring working progress of those parties to fulfill the process.
- Comprehended in paper-works, worked with diversed kinds of documents and letters.
- In charge of supervising cargos, samples, shipping schedules, checking ETA, ETD, DEM/DET…
- Keep track of shipping plan with foreign suppliers to ensure the shipment delivery on time, check vessel’s schedule and certificate.
- Check draft documents to ensure no errors and mistakes.
- Arrange booking with carrier & airline and co-loader.
- Prepare and check on EXPORT/ IMPORT shipping documents.
- Follow up all current contracts precisely, systematically and specifically. –
- Communicate and keep close contact with customers, domestic and international partners.
