Job Summary:
• Selling Pickleball services
• Dealing with guests
• Take care guest
Duties and responsibilities:
• Provide guest with all information of Pickleball services
• Sell service and confirm guest’s booking
• Arrange and organize booking for guest
• Check all booking confirmations and packages to handle and follow up
• Handle guest’s inquiries or requests
• Provide guest with useful knowledge about other services such as F&B services, Spa…
• Cleaning all areas ensure the best condition for guest
• Prepare towels, fruits & water for guest
• Check daily the Pickleball equipment in good condition for serving guest
