Executive Operations - Air and Ocean Freight

• Handle the operational milestones from receipt of booking through to completion and closing of the job;
• Responsible for file closure on time as per deadlines set forth by management;
• Coordinate with the relevant parties to ensure timely follow-up on bookings, documentation, shipment milestones and any pending actions;
• Maintain regular communication and follow up on outstanding operational matters;
• Prepare and send RFPs either via email or through the designated system;

• Follow up with the relevant teams/agents for rates and responses;
• Ensure submissions are completed accurately and within the required timelines;

• Social insurance, Bao Viet Insurance, unemployment insurance according to Labor Laws.

• 1+ years of Ocean operations experience (from booking stage to invoice)
• Team player, flexible, hands-on with interpersonal skills and time management
• High achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams
• High achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• University graduated.
• Cargo wise experience is a plus
