- Consult, Provide Product knowledge to customer through the e-commerce pages / Fanpage.
- Receive and answer customer inquiries related to the products.
- Monitor and continuously update customers with information and policies on products.
- ADD-on any additional purchase request for customer.
- Support to Marketing team to advertise products, find customers data.
- Order tracking, after-sales customer care.
- Collaborate with team members, Sales and Marketing departments to handle the job well.

• Salary: negotiate from 8,000,000 to 10,000,000 VND/ month (Gross)
• Social, health & unemployment insurance.
• Other welfare regime

- Good English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
- No experience required
- Intermediate or higher graduation, preference will be given to candidates with experience in international business, market development, e-commerce,...
- Good office computer skills (Word, Excel, ...)
- Proficient in the use of search engines (Google, ...)
- Know how to use Canva, Photoshop, Marketing Online,... is a plus
- Dynamic, eager to learn, honest and high sense of responsibility.
