MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing new employee documentation.
• In charge of related issues to foreign consultants (work permit card, visa, temporary residence…)
• Issue and submit periodic reports to Government Departments.
• Track and monitor the health check process for workers/staff/foreign consultants.
• Track and prepare related documents to maintenance equipment/ elevator… to make sure the factory operation is smooth.
• Handle hotel booking, arrange dormitory and company car based on expert’s requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

*Candidate Requirements
- Language
+ Must be fluent in English and comfortable with English communication. Listening skills, and writing/reading skills are essential.
+ Knowledge of Chinese is valued, but not compulsory.
- Work Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Candidates from other fields are also welcome to apply.
• 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Officer or similar position
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Salary range 7M-15M VND, negotiable according to ability.
