- Gather invoices and documents arising from the company for tracking an accounting.
- Accounting for import and export operations promptly and according to regulations.
- Reconcile and inventory inventory periodically or irregularly and handle inventory differences, if any.
- Calculate the price of the product.
- Check payment records, invoices, and documents for purchases of materials, goods, and accessories. Monitor accounts payable to suppliers.
- Accounting for tools, prepaid expenses, and depreciation accounts
- Check and compare data with the ledger.
- Make monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for tax authorities.
- Timely update new policies and regulations of tax authorities on the Company s operations
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors
- Store documents and books.

SKILL REQUIRED
- Proficient in accounting operations
- Know declare taxes and prepare financial reports ((priority is given to those who have previously finalized taxes))
- With relevant working experience in manufacturing and/or trading company
- Proficient in Excel & Quickbook
- Knowledge in ERP system & Flex
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
