Job title: Moderation QA (Viet local/ English Speaking)
Working Location: Thanh Khe, Da Nang, Viet Nam
Job Description:
Gear Inc is seeking a QA (Quality Assurance) Specialist for our Moderation teams on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of quality. In this role, your main responsibilities are:
– Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;
– Plan, conduct & monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality’s product;
– Investigate customer’s claims and non-conformance issues;
– Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;
– Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions;
– Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action.
Job Requirement:
– Vietnamese local; proficient in English 4 skills (at least B2 level);
– Knowledgeable in the BPO sector, particularly in Content Moderation;
– Prior experience or skills related to Quality Assurance are preferable;
– Be detail oriented with strong analytical skills;
– Proficient skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive and Internet applications;
– Willingness to handle multi-projects;
– Experience in Coaching & Communication (both oral and writing) is a plus;
– Able to work on Holidays is preferable.

3. Working time
– 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (amounting to total 40 working hours/week);
