Oversee production operations in the spray painting workshop, including all daily activities for over 200 workers
Uphold standards of quality and efficiency, identifying any issues and proposing improvements
Organise workflow and schedule daily/weekly/monthly production objectives according to demand
Submit reports on production output
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operation of the factory.

Skill Requirements
Able to manage a department of over 200 workers.
Knowledge of spray painting operation on plastic and metal parts.
Good communication skills.

Education
College or university graduates
MUST be fluent in English OR Chinese (if Chinese, must also be able to read English documents and emails)
Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 2 years of managment experience.

Support 3 days of diligent salary/month
Support for lunch, petrol, rental allowance, birthday gifts & statutory holidays, New Year s allowances.
Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance,annual leave according to the law.
