Gear Inc is seeking a QA Manager in Vietnam for our Moderation team (Team size: 700 – 900 staff). Ideal candidates are able to adapt and are well known with fast moving and last moment change.
Working location: Hai Chau/ Thanh Khe, Da Nang
Main responsibilities:
– Communicates/Report quality standards and parameters to client to ensure the implementation of improvement and quality improvement plans in line with the developments of the projects.
– Proactively report and discuss with clients about the difficulties and obstacles of the project to come up with short and long-term plans, bringing about the sustainable development of projects with customers’ products.
– Overseeing daily workflow of TnQ (Training and Quality Assurance) team.
– Design curriculums to facilitate strategic training based on the organization’s goals.
– Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
– Increasing moderation quality by cooperating closely with internal stakeholders (Team Leads and WorkForce Analysts)
– Metric-driven, analyzing, and reporting on team productivity and delivery of targets to POCs.
– Maintaining the internal moderation calendar for the relevant programs
– Maintaining and evaluating assessment procedures including internal and external moderation;
– Reviewing external moderation reports and ensuring that action is taken to address any concerns and/or recommendations included in the reports.

Job Requirement:
– Fluent English is a must
– Have 3 years of experience in Moderation/ Customer Services/ Quality Assurance/ experience in community moderation.
– Have experience working with content management methods and tools
– Analytically-minded and detail-oriented
– Have the ability to handle multitasking, can prioritize, and give solutions to conflicts efficiently.
– Are self-starters and have a high degree of personal responsibility
– Demonstrate a positive, can-do, proactive attitude
– Are able to function in a fast-moving environment
– Enjoy working and contributing as part of a team
– Good to have but not required: experience with Google sheets/documents
– Adapt to content management processes and tools.
– Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
– Ability to Multitask, with an effective resolution of conflicting priorities.
