- Manage & take care of a large number of incoming emails in English everyday
- Collect paperwork from customers and assess customers’ needs to achieve their satisfaction
- Provide accurate and valid information about products by using the right tools
- Handle customers’ complaints, orders, or require details about products purchased from our price list
- Prepare quotes/ invoices for client’s purchases
- Other tasks assigned by Leads
- Report daily to leader
- Work at Danang Office, from Monday to Friday and available at home or weekend in the needed situation

- Influent in English skills (especially Reading and Writing)
- At least 6 months in related experience
- Good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Google Sheet) and Email writing skill
- Have good knowledge and skills in customer service
- Have experience in Data Analyst (including financial charts and Data Collecting)
- Work well under pressure and multitask
- Have patience and high responsibility

- Starting salary range from 10,000,000 VND to 15,000,000 VND
